From HR point of view

Hi All,

Topic today is about HR point of you. I have made alot of observation during 8months serving as a HR Business Partner. There are alot of things that I need to clarify, we're not the B**** or the Custard in the company but let me tell you some of reasons that you need to know.

a) promotion/salary raise - HR didnt do promotion. Your manager is the one who determine, we just see if the salary scale is okay or not.  If your manager send in everything late, we will process it late. So dont bother.

b) conversion to permanent - you asked us to do the conversion a.s.a.p. we have done it. but you as a staff who didnt response to us, and what so... and make me pissed off because we tried to call you so many times, but it seems like you are not interested. if you dont want to be a permanent, why the heck bother?

c) company rules - Board of directors are doing the company rules & policy. we propose it according to the labour law and such, they approved it. so anything happen, its not HR fault. Its Management. You can fight if you want, but having HR person is no use if you straight away go to management. BTW, management will come back to us seeking for answers or seeking for confirmation so whatever it is, they will come back as they cant remember all those rules. ONLY HR does.
